Sales Enablement Specialist (m/f/d), 100%


  • Work with Manager Sales Enablement to develop, execute, optimize and assess the Sales Enablement platform (Showpad) and eLearning platform (Cornerstone)
  • Determine Sales Enablement and eLearning platform priorities together with Manager Sales Enablement
  • Delivers the necessary content, training, process, and shares best practices to support the sales force and ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities
  • Facilitate content creation and use to provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps in collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the Sales Enablement strategy
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Develop and Design content/assets for the Sales Enablement and eLearning platform
  • Backend management, content/asset management and business team support for our Sales Enablement and eLearning platform
  • Understand business specifics and collaborate with Business specialists to propose and create content/assets
  • Organize and coordinate training activities for our worldwide sales force

Requirement specification:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering field, further education or experience in marketing / business highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or similar qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in Sales, Sales Enablement or Learning & Development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Must have a high level of creativity with experience in and passion for digital learning
  • Capability to create didactically and technically correct training content with common tools e.g. Articulate or interest to acquire the didactic skills
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, further languages desirable
