Our client, an internationally active Swiss group in the field of technology, needs reinforcement.

On behalf of the client we are looking for a competent personality as

Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), 100%

Main tasks:

  • Support in the development and implementation of the segment’s marketing strategy and initiatives by focusing on the different target-group’s requirements and journey
  • Develop and coordinate holistic short- and mid-term marketing plans/mix with Head of Businesses, execute activities/campaigns and oversee the allocated budget to ensure maximum effectiveness
  • Concept and create relevant marketing content and tools for various communication channels (online/offline), ensuring consistent voice globally
  • Manage external activities such as meetings, events, conferences, webinars and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements and coordinating marketing collateral
  • Establish and manage joint-marketing activities with key partner
  • Communicate activity/campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to General Industry (sales) team, and provide instructions for use or promotion with Sales Enablement
  • Evaluate and monitor activity/campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, in marketing, advertising/media, or communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role (minimum of 5+ years marketing experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and highly reliable
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
  • Must have a high level of creativity
  • Occasional travel may be required (10%)
