Our customer, a biopharmaceutical company based in Basel, needs support. For a temporary or a permanent position, we are looking for a
HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), 100%
Responsibilities:
- Provide input, support and review for the outsourcing project of payroll to external provider
- Preparation of the monthly payroll processing of the approx. 150 employees, review and approval of the payroll and correct handover for processing to the outsourcing partner
- Assistance and payroll execution of the annual bonus/salary
- Administration and data maintenance of the Presento time recording system
- Administration of employee data and of fringe benefits
- Processing of accident and illness notifications including salary reductions in case of long-term absences
- Processing of family allowances, income replacement, maternity benefits
- Reconciliation of personnel-relevant financial accounts
- Creation of reports and statistics for personnel cost and assistance in the preparation of the personnel budget, vacation accruals
Requirements:
- Commercial education or degree in business administration or in HR, training as a social insurance specialist/ payroll specialist as well as experience in the financial area
- 5 years professional experience in payroll and/or social insurance
- German (C1), English (C1)
- MS Office, SAP HR module
- High level of personal responsibility and integrity Service-oriented personality, team-oriented, open minded, flexible
